My name is Garret Gilliland. I help my clients buy, sell, and lease industrial real estate in Southern California, specializing in the Inland Empire. With almost six years of experience and over 130 transactions completed, I have sold and leased over 1.5 million square feet worth more than $135 million.

My goal is to help save my client's time and money. I leverage data, technology, experience, and strong relationships to negotiate favorable deals for my clients, often in competitive situations. With a deep understanding of market dynamics, I educate clients on the industrial real estate sector and identify opportunities others may overlook. I am a proud Southern California native. I grew up in Anaheim Hills and attended Orange Lutheran High School, where I excelled as a student-athlete. I earned a full-ride scholarship to the University of Washington for football (Linebacker and Special Teams) and competed against the top teams in the country. As a competitive athlete, I developed strong discipline and work ethic to win. Today, I still apply this mindset to my life and business.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, traveling, spending time with my family, and volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters. I've visited twelve countries on five continents. I've hiked Mt. Baldy, El Cajon Mountain, Mount San Jacinto, and many other peaks in Southern California. Currently, I'm getting into backpacking and plan to spend more time in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
